Reza Shah-Kazemi (Ph.D. em Religião Comparada na Universidade de Kent) é investigador auxiliar no Instituto de Estudos Islâmicos em Londres.É o autor do livro “Paths to Transcendence: According to Shankara, Ibn Arabi, and Meister Eckhart”. Shah-Kazemi contribuiu ainda para as seguintes obras: “Paths to the Heart”, “Islam, Fundamentalism, and the Betrayal of Tradition: Essays by Western Muslim Scholars”, sendo ainda o autor do ensaio: A Sacred Conception of Justice: Imam ‘Ali’s Letter to Malik al-Ashtar, incluído na obra "The Sacred Foundations of Justice in Islam".
